Baking

Went to the market at around 10ish to buy stuff for cooking lunch today..  What I'm planning to cook today:-

1. Chicken & Mushroom Baked Rice
2. Oreo Cheesecake (Non-Bake)

Watsons was having promotions for their Oreos ($2 pack) so bought aboout 6 packs of it then realised the next day that NTUC is selling it at only $1.95 p/pack!!!  WTH

Introducing..... The Chicken & Mushroom Baked Rice :) 

Made 3 portions of it! Dar & Yasmine ate 1 portion, Eldon & I had 1 portion and kept the last portion for dinner.  Dar said it's really yummy~~~~  Felt so happy!!!  It wasn't so difficult afterall :)

Next............  Comes the Oreo Cheesecake (Non-Bake)
